We buy both big and small houses, and everything in between. On many occasions we
will not need to the money to buy the houses, however we will need to the dollars
to repair or renovate them. So as you can see, there are investment opportunities
for almost anyone who is interested.
We can tailor the opportunity for the amount that you would like to invest, and
also the length of time. If you want to invest in an opportunity for 1-6 months,
we can do that. If you want to increase your investment return by investing in a
property short term (1-3 years), we can offer you that opportunity as well. The
